We’re Mellow

A wellness events company that curate experiences that nurture the soul. Specialising in yoga, meditation, and breath work, we offer a sacred space for individuals to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Our offerings include enriching workshops, rejuvenating retreats, weekly yoga classes and online mediation sessions that encourage moments of stillness from the comfort of your home.

Each gathering is rooted in our mission to take a compassionate, human approach to wellness — helping you embrace self-acceptance, presence, and foster a sense of belonging.

We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Who we are

We’re Dan & Holly, we’ve been together for over a decade and after years of Holly helping Dan behind the scenes to run his workshops and retreats, we decided to bring our skills together to create a wellness events company - and that’s how Mellow was born!

  • Co-Founder & Yoga Teacher

A Whitstable based yoga teacher, Dan has a huge passion for sharing yoga with others and using this practice to connect back to ourselves amidst the chaos of modern life. Dan first found yoga as a way of improving strength and flexibility for taekwondo training, and soon fell in love with the practice. The powerful effects that yoga can have on the mind and body is what lead him to deepen his practice and want to become a teacher.

Dan completed his 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training with Yogahaven, under the guidance of Allie Hill. Since then has trained in yin with Norman Blair and Pranyama with Sampoorna Yoga school.

His classes are balanced flows, incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation, that are suited to everyone. They connect movement with the breath and aim to leave you feeling grounded, connected and re energised.

  • Co-founder & Events Curator

Born and raised in London, Holly currently lives in the coastal town of Whitstable, and works as a freelance photographer across the travel, food and interior sectors. Her work is deeply influenced by her connection to nature and spirituality.

As a multi-passionate creative, and someone who loves to host, Holly curates the experiences we offer from sourcing locations for our retreats, to organising the details that make each event memorable.

Having practiced yoga and meditation for many years, Holly will begin her meditation teacher training with The Broad Place in early 2025.
